The GBACAMLT, funded by the National Arts Fund, organized by the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, recruits young participants from the creative arts sector in Hong Kong, Macau, and cities across the country.

The program lasts two months. The first month (June) consists of online courses and video instruction, while the second month (July) involves in-person training in Hong Kong with expert guidance.
